United Steelworkers Hall

(south of College, east of Spadina)
On January 28, the Toronto Climate Campaign is hosting a report-back from the UN Climate Change Talks in Copenhagen, Denmark. Join us as we hear from participants from different delegations as they discuss the negotiations and the “Copenhagen Accord”, the 100,000-strong demonstration, the shameful role of the Canadian Government which won the “Fossil of the Day” award ten times through out the conference and what needs to be done to combat climate change!
Following the speakers will be group discussion about how we can build a vibrant movement for Climate Justice in Toronto. The discussion will utilize the horizontal process initiated in Copenhagen as part of the Reclaim Power People’s Assembly.
